These applications vary from simple line frequency voltage step down to match heating element requirements, to high frequency transformers (up to 25 KHz) for induction heating applications, to SCR or saturable reactors assemblies packaged with transformers to control output voltages and/or currents.

As with most AFP products, these transformers are available with copper or aluminum windings, open frame core and coil designs or with several NEMA enclosure variations.
